Damodara is a partner based in the Mumbai office of Clasis Law.
He has extensive experience working with both public sector banks/financial institutions including IFCI and Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) as well as with private sector companies in their legal departments.
Damodar’s project finance practice includes advising on project finance, banking and infrastructure related issues on a full range of transactions including cross border transactions. He also regularly advises clients on general banking related matters and in the areas of real estate.
Damodar’s skill set includes a deep transactional understanding as well as significant expertise across infrastructure sectors including roads, metro, airports, telecommunications, hospitality real estate etc.
